The aim of advanced preparation is to allow everyone to just focus on having fun,

sticking together with the group and worry as little as possible.

Costs

Would easily cost $220-$250 + legwork to attempt on your own. The full day planned has been costed in at approx. $175-$180 per head (depending on the final numbers).

All excess saved on the final cost (if any) will go on the bar tab to be shared by the group.

Flexibility & Planning

TIME

The offical event time is 2:30pm - 10:45pm, to accomodate those who can't start at noon or go late. All are welcome at Pre-Drinks and After Partying. Do what works for you.

BUDGET

Most things will be paid covered in advance - everyone can go their own pace and get equal treatment. However you're welcome to spend more on anything you like.

LOGISTICS

All venues, activities, food, transport, games, competitions and prizes have been (or will be) planned, booked, paid upfront without you needing to lift a finger - you won't need to stress about logistics 8 beers deep.

What do i need to do?

How /Where/Who/When/What? do I Pay my Deposit?

  1. You need to fill in the pop-up form before all else, so we can communicate and also attribute your payment to you (click any button on the page that says pay or register etc)

  2. If/when this has been done, payment goes to Sam's brother Henry in the nominated account. You can do this via PayID or EFT, and by putting your name in the reference column.

  3. Be amiongst first 10 and before August 1st to get a discount, ($170) or pay more afterwards ($180)

  4. August 14th is the last day to pay, will add $10 a day for everyday delayed after that, for a max of $230 on the day

  5. Not paying = Not Coming
